So, the 2004 Search Engine Watch Award winners have been annouced! The biggest surprise being that although Google won four other awards, including Best News Search Engine, Best US Shopping Search Engine, Most SEO/Webmaster Friendly Search Provider, and Best Search Ads Providers, Yahoo walked away with the big one….Outstanding Search Service. Receiving 17% of the 760 votes, and the approval of both Danny Sullivan and Chris Sherman was enough to put the four year reigning champ, Google, off of the top spot. It’s only just that I mention Google received most of the popular vote capturing 76%. The search engine watch article is below, have a look and you be the judge…..
Nic ‘N’ Cher use Google first for general searches and then Yahoo, therefore it’s safe to say, we would have given the gold to Google.

I skim a lot of blogs, and so far yours is in the Top 3 of my list of favorites. I’m going to dive in and try my hand at it, so wish me luck.
It’ll be in a totally different area than yours (mine is about top paying adsense keywords
) I know, it sounds strange, but it’s like anything, once you learn more about it, it’s pretty cool. It’s mostly top paying adsense keywords
