More surprises from Google. Will the fun ever cease? I hope not.
Anyway, Google now displays three sponsored listings at the top of the page. Google feels this will benefit the user experience, generate more revenue for Google as well as deliver more clicks to marketers. In saying this, as a marketer, there are some new issues that deserve a thought. Kevin Lee points out some in this article:

A couple that really stand out for me are that now position three may receive more click throughs and position two may receive less, therefore, I may need to adjust my bidding strategy. However, like anything on Google first will come the testing and then……more testing.
