Brace Yourself! Online Ad Spending has Risen 41% in the UK

Oh I have been bracing myself alright…

Reuters reveals that the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) is reporting a 41% increase in UK online ad spending in the first half of 2007, accounting for 15% of the market share, up from 11% in 2006.

All I have really seen is a lot of saturated ad space with a lot of lazy advertisers to be honest. Hopefully most will learn in this second half that you shouldn’t jump in if you haven’t yet learned how to swim! That’s right, I’m talking to the big dogs too.
