So, after over week of not having access to our stats or any response from customer support, Deepmetrix has sent out the following email:

 Dear DeepMetrix Customer,

We’re currently experiencing an unscheduled maintenance of our hosted software service due to a technical hardware issue. During this maintenance you will not be able to access the DeepMetrix reporting user interface.

Our team is working diligently to bring the reporting interface back online as soon as we can. Please note that your statistics will continue to collect even though your reports are unavailable.

We anticipate that you will be able to access your reports by Friday, November 2, 2007.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
