SearchEngineRoundtable reports on a rather humorous situation vocalized on WebmasterWorld and DigitalPoint Forums involving a rather pompous or, (let’s give him the benefit of the doubt) ill-informed, business owner with a strange request.

Basically, our ‘victim’ Dean, has been asked to lower his page rank on a search phrase because the business owner believes he deserves to be higher. Said business owner has also threatened that his lawyer is involved.

I really just don’t know which joke to use here, so I am just going to go with:

What the?!
